Malvern estate agent Philip Laney & Jolly have won the National Homes Network marketing prize awarded, for the first time, for the best property web site. The presentation, at the NHN national conference held at the Puckrup Hall Hotel near Tewkesbury, saw Philip Laney & Jolly independent estate agents win the marketing prize for the fourth year in a row.

Martin Rhodes, chartered surveyor and principal of Philip Laney & Jolly expressed surprise and delight at receiving the award for the fourth time. "I really did not expect to win this year as there are many good web sites for estate agents around. I had only recently upgraded our web site with the help of Bringsty based Warthog Associates and Just Systems located at the Malvern Hills Science Park. It was obviously good timing.

The prize was judged by Property Finder who operate propertyfinder.co.uk one of the country's leading property portals. Judging was based on eight criteria ranging from the look and feel of the site to how many clicks it takes to get to the properties and how quickly the site loads. Philip Laney & Jolly proved clear winners. Nicholas Leeming of Property Finder presented Martin Rhodes with the silver plaque and a bottle of champagne kindly donated by Pink Panther publications.
